In 2024, Evan harnessed the power of community fundraising when he approached PGA Atlantic to set up a golf tournament. The tournament raised $10,000! Evan hopes to make it an annual tradition.
Go Celebrate: A Conversation with Life
To honour a classmate who had passed away due to complications from Crohn’s, 16-year-old David organized a fundraising concert featuring several original compositions and hundreds of performers. For David, it was important to use his talents to make a meaningful impact for others affected by Crohn’s and colitis.
Go Original: Spectrefest
In 2018, Mike experienced the heartbreaking loss of his older brother, Jason, due to complications related to colitis. An avid gamer, Jason’s loved ones have honoured his legacy through an annual 24-hour marathon stream titled Spectrefest, named after his gamer tag. In just two years, they’ve raised over $2,000!
